Are you sure you're not sending hidden MIDI commands with your DAW? Maybe check your MIDI data stream.

Sound of ELP "Lucky Man" Keiths Solo
Hello everyone,
of course the late Keith didn't play this with the Sub37
Was it a Mod D or his modular?
Nevertheless, I'm currently looking for a Sub37 preset that at least comes close to this sound. I'd like to plunder some of the expertise here. Unfortunately I haven't found anything yet...

"so I acquired an XLR male to TRS male cable"
That's the wrong cable - you'll need a TS (Line) to XLR male Cable.
Or - if you have experience in soldering:
If you bridge pins 1 and 3 at the XLR connector of your cable, you will get the correct pinout

I'm well pleased because i have no Tech guy to fix it around here. I have a small amount of electronic
knowledge but was able to do this easy fix.
Hope by putting this up here others will ...

From the Minitaur v2.2 manual - this should open the gate for external audio, too?

moogmusic.com -> Login -> Go to Account -> scroll down (it's actually to the right) and you'll find your registered Minitaur with serial etc.

Re: Minitaur Midi Clock LED
Hi Till, thanks for your kind reply!
I may have expressed myself clumsily, of course I would like to have the bpm beats of the midi clock displayed, as many devices do.
The sysex command implies the flashing of the midi clock, which it does not do even when activated, not even as 24 ppq. So the ...

Minitaur Midi Clock LED
I`m trying to establish a optical midi-clock display on the Minitaur's Midi-LED while syncing from Logic.
There's no blinking neither with the Sysex "LED on" nor "LED off" from the "handy Minitaur sysex commands":

[xx] = 00 disables the MIDI LED blinking on ...
