I just tried getting rid of the USB cable and using only MIDI cables and it still wont work correctly.

I am trying to set up:

MIDI track
Aux trck
Audio track

Record MIDI, edit MIDI notes, and record those notes onto an audio track.

MIDI track's input set to: ALL (records notes from my MIDI keyboard)
Output: Slim Phatty channel 1

Aux track's input set to: Interface input 1 (audio cable from SP OUT ...

I can't seem to figure it out. The manual does not go into good detail about tempo syncing to a DAW's bpm.

I want to sync the LFO's and Arp to my session in PT. Can someone please help me?

LFO source: Square
LFO dest: pitch

how can I set the amount to be a perfect octave?
what should be the exact number in precision mode?

Ok I've enabled Midi Beat Clock in PT set to SP. I got the LFO working.. but no matter how much I set the rate (in this case clock div).. it doesn't change the rate of LFO. I'm trying to sync the SP's LFO to my PT session's tempo.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong.. can someone help me?
Here's how I currently got it set up:

SP > interface via USB
SP Midi set up menu: in - USB / out - USB
LFO Sync - clock SRC: MIDI

LFO rate is all the way up (1/32T) and set to SAW for ...

I see that the SP has only one audio output so it is a mono signal.

Should I use a TS or TRS cable? Any advantages for one over the other?

I don't have another hardware synth that I can try, but I did plug in my electric guitar as well and there is no static noise whatsoever. At this point, I'm pretty convinced that the problem is my SP.

So I just moved my studio into a new room in the house. Connected everything up how it used to be. However, now when I plug a TRS 1/4 cable from the SP's audio out into the input of my interface, there is a static noise, very noticeable. It did not do this prior, ever. To me it sounds like it was made on a soft synth.
I have a hard time creating leads with my SP (I only make hiphop and R&B music).
