Be careful about the angle at which you plan to set your LP; if too steep, the mod wheel will slowly creep down to zero!

May have already discovered this yourself, but a nice warning!

Thanks so much!

Also, it may be useful if a MIDI CC could control the the LFO (if it can't already--haven't gotten time to check out the CC values) and if, when LFO control is switched to the multiplier mode, the CC could adjust that multiplier as well.

Hope I'm being clear and not too overbearing ...

LP LFO in MIDI Sync

When I switch the LP to sync with my MIDI sequencer, it disables the LFO frequency knob and relies on the MIDI clock multiplier ( 1/4 1/8T etc.). Would it be a feasible feature in the next OS release to have that disabled knob adjust that multiplier instead of doing nothing? I find myself stuck in ...

I am using a phone TS cable and, for the life of me, cannot get a reading. When I apply a voltage to it I can still get expected +/- changed to any CV, but when I just plug in a TS cable and try to test it, I cannot get the multimeter to budge.

I both unsleeved the wire and then clipped off one ...

Yup! I was messing with the cable applying resistors to it, but I suppose I was using too tiny of one to notice any voltage change.

Does this mean that the CV inputs of the LP generate a voltage? I ran a patch cable from it and tested with a multimeter, but I couldn't pick anything up.

How do my expression CV pedals work?

I'm starting to work with circuitry a little more and was wonder how the expression CV pedals work. When I plug a guitar cord into my filter CV port on the phatty and apply a +/- Voltage, it changes the filter accordingly. How do my expression pedals accomplish this when they appear non-powered. Is ...

I'd like a pitchbend CV for the Little Phatty.

I know it has a bend wheel, but I'd like to know how to create my own. I assume I could have it rest on a pitch that is higher than the zero for the Pitch CV, and have it bend down and up.

Creating your own CV pedal

How could I get started on creating my own CV pedal. I'm good with electronics and programming, but I'm not experienced in creating electronics. Where's a good place to get started on creating something that could generate a CV?

Leaving the LP powered on. Problems?

In a hypothetical situation, if I were to leave my LP powered on for an extended period of time--say a day, week, or month straight--could this be detrimental to it? Would an oscillator it "burn out"? I'm still not knowledgeable on the innards of the LP enough to understand its lifespan and ...
