Creating your own CV pedal

Post by quicksnap » Fri Sep 05, 2008 7:30 pm

How could I get started on creating my own CV pedal. I'm good with electronics and programming, but I'm not experienced in creating electronics. Where's a good place to get started on creating something that could generate a CV?

What sort of CV would you like to generate?

I'd like a pitchbend CV for the Little Phatty.

I know it has a bend wheel, but I'd like to know how to create my own. I assume I could have it rest on a pitch that is higher than the zero for the Pitch CV, and have it bend down and up.

I use a 50k potentiometer plugged into the Pitch CV input via TRS cable...see my signature.
