Why not a completely retro, tube and coil theremin? Bob did write the book (well, articles) on how to do it.
If not, then a EW-Pro with an old "tube radio" case. Have a place inside the case to store antennas and legs.
I'd also like to see memory for patches, so you could have different sounds ...

Pro vs. Standard
While it is true that the Pro has certain features that the Standard doesn't have (including more timbre controls and CV outs), there is something even more important to me: playability.
In my experience, the Pro is easier to play and control than the Standard. Frankly, I liked the features of the ...

Well, a couple of things.
First the rating of 600 watts is meaningless. What is more valuable is the efficiency, usually shown as decibels at 1 watt at 1 meter. An efficient amp/speaker combination at 100 watts could blow away an inefficient amp/speaker combo with 1,000 watts. And of course, this ...

I would say that "mint" is a meaningless sales term, like "free gift" (what sort of "gift" isn't free?).
As has been pointed out, mint can refer to the exterior appearance. It should mean "appears to be new," but there's no guarantee that any advertiser uses it that way.

Easier Alternative
As many of the people here know, although it is often assumed that a theremin was used on the Beach Boy's song, "Good Vibrations," the actual instrument was a Tannerin, also known as an "Electro-Theremin" or Slide Theremin. Although a Tannerin sounds like a theremin it is played completely ...

Re: digital recording
Brokeneck, it's impossible to answer your question because we don't know what inputs your computer will have. Does it have audio inputs? Are they good quality? If so, you won't need the external sound to USB converter you listed.
However, you may want to get a good quality mixer. Personally, I like ...
