I will post a firmware update in this thread; I'd like you to try it. It has Legato Glide, LFO reset on keypress, and should handle MIDI a lot more smoothly than your current firmware. Let me know how it works for you.

I was running into this "stuck note" problem all the time. I literally could not play the keyboard for more than 7-10 seconds without suffering from this issue. I made a change and I have not experienced the problem since the change (and this is with playing the keyboard for a few minutes without issues).
I'm not sure if this is universal or specific to microKorg, but the issue appears to be in the keyboard serving as midi controller using its own internal clock for syncing of data. By default, the Korg is set to internal. I set it to external (I'm guessing which means it receives its clocking info from the DAW and not itself) and the issue appears to be gone.
I'm not totally sure if this fixed it, but I've been playing for minutes now without having it happen since. At the very least if it's still there it's much more manageable now (though I have yet to experience it happening since making this change!).
For those of you who have a microKorg, do this to make this setting change: turn your edit select knob 2 all the way right to MIDI. Then turn knob 1 (cutoff) from 'on' to 'off' (I made this change too but it didn't solve the problem, though it did noticeably reduce it).
Next, turn knob 2 (resonance) from 'int' to 'ext'.
Once I made this change the problem disappeared!
