It's not listed as a legacy product on the Alesis website.
So this thing only plays one note?

It's official. Sweetwater has said the Andromeda is no more:

"If you were looking for the Alesis Andromeda A6, it is no longer available."

Now all eyes are on Moog. Come on, Moog! You've given us the Voyager and the Taurus III. Finish the Constellation project and give us a revitalized Polymoog, or something even better. Give us the flat top polyphonic synthesizer many of us have been waiting and hoping for!!

Analog poly synths are fun!!

The good thing about these threads is they inspire me to play.

(is this why some of you are asking for a Moog poly?!?)

Eh, so call me a capitalist and order me some ExTenze...I want Moog to build something on that scale, except with better QC...The Andromeda was kind of hit or miss in the functioning well department.
Minitaur, CP-251, EHX #1 Echo, EHX Space Drums/Crash Pads, QSC GX-3, Pyramid stereo power amp, Miracle Pianos, Walking Stick ribbon controller, Synthutron.com, 1983 Hammond organ, dot com modular.

Hey.... that first video is at least named correctly then. :D

At the end of the day, I am quite happy with my A6. It performs perfectly.

I have some ideas, but I am currently working on something totally different.

Those little demos are a side project that all this poly talk inspired.

Still says "An error occurred, please try again later."

You'll probably have to upload it again because it's supposed to be a YT bug.

Also, I'm sure you know how popular Andromeda videos are on youtube, so thanks for making them.

I'd love to see a song done using an A6 and a Voyager on youtube.
