I believe you may need to start with V2.0 ( not certain) so here it is:

Does anyone have the mac version of both v2.0 and v2.1 they could PM me? I've looked everywhere and it's like the internet was scrubbed of it. Did try the Windows version and can't get it to work in any of the compatibility versions. Thanks!

I’d like the mac version of the MP 201 firmware if you still have it. Also, how do I do a factor reset on the pedal? Thank you. (I just purchased the pedal used and have a pdf of the manual. Just trying to wrap my mind around it’s use as a cv controller)

The latest firmware is version 2.1. (Oct. 2011)
You find the WIN version it in a post in this thread here:

The window version use some EXE.
The Mac version used straight sysex.

Read the README file!
Backup all your data first.
Start from version 2.0. You may need to update to 2.0 first. Se the posting for this download.
Use USB MIDI to send the update; it will not work via standard MIDI connection.
