I reckon plastic sides would be cool, unless they look cheap and tacky like the first version of the MPC1k. They'd have to be black, or at least dark. Or clear!

How about simulated wood
You know the plastic that is painted to look like wood.
Then it would wear off eventually unevenly and make it looklike real classic before its time

A big fat moog logo is really a great thing. I get asked alot of questions.

"Is it called that because it sounds like aliens???"

Little Phatty is a great synth. Definetly my nest buy. But what will the questions revert to?

"Did used to belong to a guy named Bob?"

Anyway, I hope Moog reconsiders the plastic siding, it's overall pathetic and very un-moogish. I mean, a synth that sounds like a million bucks should look and feel like a million bucks.
