How about simulated wood
You know the plastic that is painted to look like wood.
Then it would wear off eventually unevenly to make it look like a real classic before its time
DOUBLE POST Sorry

A big fat moog logo is really a great thing. I get asked alot of questions.
"Is it called that because it sounds like aliens???"
Little Phatty is a great synth. Definetly my nest buy. But what will the questions revert to?
"Did used to belong to a guy named Bob?"
uh oh!
Anyway, I hope Moog reconsiders the plastic siding, it's overall pathetic and very un-moogish. I mean, a synth that sounds like a million bucks should look and feel like a million bucks.
