Help!! Lost Osc 1!
I just got an Electric Blue on Sunday. It was a floor model. Probably a bad idea right away. The people who sold it to me didn't seem to know a lot about it. Neither did I. I asked why some of the presets didn't seem to be doing anything. They said they didn't know. I figured I get it all worked out when I got it home. No luck yet. Oscillator one seems to be DEAD. I tried to reload all the presets, but that didn't help. My apologies if I'm missing something in the manual or on these forums that covers this problem in greater detail. Anyone have any troubleshooting tips for me, before I go to get a refund on my lemon?

Never buy anything unless you are sure it works properly and that if it doesnt you can put it right easily. You should have a warranty with the electric blue so if you are prepared to pay shipping get it back to moog and get them to fix it. Hopefully you got it for a good price!

Done and DONE! The plan was to raise hell if they gave me any shi... um, crap. Fortunately they were very cool about it. No argument whatsoever. They offered me an even exchange for a brand new one in the box. I'm putting it through its paces right now. So far, everything seems to work perfectly.OysterRock wrote:Yes, I have a tip for you.
