Any ideas? I'm calling Moog in the morning...

I understand that Moog are a small company but I have to say it is a bit unfair that it should cost you a further $71 to get this sorted out.Musician's Friend is a store, not a musical instrument manufacturer. I don't know of any instrument manufacturer (big or small) that will pay for shipping to them, even if it is under warranty. Thems the breaks...
