Just updated animoog and now it won’t open. Crashes on splash screen

Tried rebooting, tried home button power button reset, did not try reinstalling yet. Have not backed up my patches yet.

Animoog 1.1.0 doesn’t run in my iPad 2 iOS 5.1.
Be careful! And backup your presets and previous versions before updating it!
I hope Moog solve this issue soon!
they’ve taken down the update page from the website. i think they know something’s up.
I’d like to think Moog is working on that because the 1.1 update video is now private and one hour ago was public.
Reinstalled the app solved the problem but I lose my presets
No way i’m reinstalling before i backup my presets. I assume i’ll be able to do that? If not, oh boy will i be crushed.
ok so i guess i am screwed now? can’t backup presets at this point. other synths i have store the preset files in the app folders in itunes.
edit: well i had half of them backed up. i stopped crying now.

Updated this awesome app just now and I can’t retrieve the Richard Devine soundset that I’d already paid for.
Do the Moog guys check this forum or is there a better place to report an issue?

Yeah… I updated Animoog, it kept crashing, reinstalled it, lost my presets AND the Richard Devine SoundSet (it won’t restore if I tap on restore purchases…)

EDIT: I was able to restore the RD soundset, but my presets are still gone
And restoring purchases doesn’t seem to restore the original set of presets that came with Devines pack, or the April fools one!
can’t restore richard devine pack. and i guess i have to redownload the detroit dj pack? where do i get that now? EDIT: found them on the site here.

Yes, I think it has to be done manually. Really annoying.
The Richard Devine Soundset worked for me the second time I tried to restore my purchases. The presets are stored into the first folder (the one with a dot).
Original iPad here running iOS 5.1.1. I just updated and the Animoog quits silently after showing the splash screen.
And I can’t open the App to export sounds I did.
So what ever I do, will I delete all my sounds?
Same problem here. iPad2’ latest OS. In this state of affairs, the only way to save presets is with an app called iExplorer by Macroplant, works on windows and mac. Obviously not suggesting you buy this on purpose for this emergency. If anyone here already has the app, just look inside your iPhone or iPad and you’ll find the presets there.
Though I hope that Moog will fix this blunder very soon.
working on a fix now; the trouble is, it doesn’t crash for me. 
So, I need someone who is having this problem who can generate a crash report…
To do this, you’ll need Apple’s (free, but rather enormous) XCode development software installed on your Mac…
Perhaps one of our users already uses XCode and can help out? Please let me know.

Well, I lost my presets…where can I re-download the Detroit dj pack?
(iexplorer doesn’t open for me since the new version)
I ended up losing my presets because i updated before exporting. Animoog works now though that i reinstalled it. Sad day for me. I hope there wasn’t something else i could have done and didn’t. Oh well, i’m over it now.
Can someone confirm that iexplorer works to get presets not exported? I’d be pissed if i could have got them back if only iexplorer would have started.
