I don't have a freqbox, but couldn't you plug the gate out from the sequence into the audio in of the freqbox, then cv out from sequencer to freq in and use the freqbox audio out which theoretically be gated?

thats kinda what i was doing at first, but then i didnt get the CV from the sequencer to ...

actually got it to work.
not really sure what i was doing earlier, and last night.
anyways, the sequencer has a Level knob, which basically determines the
space between the voltages (and also how high and low the go)
reckon they were out of range for the MF107 to pick up or something.

The simplest configuration is seq cv out to freqbox FREQ in. Then OSC OUT on the Freqbox to whatever is next - filter, etc. There is nothing coming out the AUDIO OUT because there is nothing going to AUDIO IN. Note that the OSC OUT is an EXTREMELY hot signal. In this config I think ENV and FM ...

i did this, but nothing ...

ive got a Tascam P32P patchbay, and figrued i would use it to patch all the CV in and outs from my moogerfoogers (101, 103, 107) one thing with this patchbay though, is that unless theres a cable in either one of the two fron jacks, the signal will go straight through.
this wouldnt be a problem ...

i have posted two responses in this thread already, but none of them have made i through.

basically, all i want is to decrease the attack of the envelope of the 101.
and i somewhat felt that the envelope on the 107 was waay slower than on the 101.
and i want to feed the 101 with a sound that has ...

Just turn the mix knob all the way dry.

i realise that the envelope reacts to input volume, so having something like a Boss Slow Gear before the 101
would obviously do the trick, however, that would then also mean that the sound fades in.

picked up three moogerfoogers yestarday, the 101, 103 and 107.
currently dont have a synth (but a yamaha ps20), so im playing that in to the 107, out in to the 101.
however, i feel that the envelope on the 101 is a bit pointless, unless you want to make blipping drum sound.
