Calibration is a software based routine. Check the manual for some guidance

Re: Little Phatty wheels and plastics issues
I've read about several solutions over the years. Here's what I did lately:
- Wheels: I did not unmount them but just used a smooth clothe with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
- Sides: I started with the same method but the best I did was to unmount them and rub them smoothly with a plastic dish ...

Re: Model D: VirtualMusic MUSE card alternative for aftertouch to mod
So...!
I turns out the CP won't do the job, neither will my dear Spaceman FX Mission Control.
Indeed, I've remembered two things today:
- I wanted to use the Mini's LFO which is impossible as it has not output.
- Even if using an external one, what I actually need is a VCA that can be controlled ...

Re: Model D: VirtualMusic MUSE card alternative for aftertouch to mod
Hi Till :)
Yeah, I'm quite sure I won't be able to find an unmounted Muse card. I might consider an equiped Mini though.
I plan to use it exactly as you describe: modulation through aftertouch is a big bonus to me.
The MOD SRC input... I've just consulted the manual again because honestly, I ...

Model D: VirtualMusic MUSE card alternative for aftertouch to mod
Hey Mooguys.
So I've missed the train last year for the last batch of VirtualMusic Muse card for the 2016 Model D. For those who don't know what it is about, see there : https://www.virtual-music.at/en/moog/
I've been searching for one on the local used market but I have moderate hopes to find ...

Re: Learning Sound Design
Hi Skyler, welcome to the forum!
My first advice will be: check the manual of your synth. Moog's manuals often contain some basics about sound and synthesis.
What is your synth, by the way?
Beyond that, exploration is clearly a good way to discover. In function of how complex/deep is your synth ...

Re: Triggering MF102 Oscillator via MIDI Keyboard – Will Kenton CV-MIDI Work?
Hi Cautioussign, welcome to the forum!
Not sure to fully understand what you mean by "trigger the oscillator".
The oscillator is free-running and there is no envelope to trigger on the MF-102.
You may be able to control the oscillator pitch with a MIDI keyboard using a MIDI-to-CV converter, but ...

Hi Jacinto, welcome to the forum!
First things first:
- Do you need presets?
- Do you need polyphony?
- Do you want patching possibilities?

Hi!
First, disclaimer: I'm by no mean a specialist on these questions.
But my guess is that:

But my guess is that:
- you can represent the instruments on a T-shirt
- you cannot make profit on it if the brand name appears.

Hey Andreas, welcome to the forum!
About the output level discrepancy, I don't know anything. But about the rawness/cleanness, I think a difference in calibration could be the cause of your observations.

Indeed.
Unfortunately, the MUSE card is not made anymore. I woke up few weeks too late. Would love to trigger the mod with aftertouch!

Have you had the opportunity to compare the MF-104 with the MF-104Z, by chance? If so, how do they differ?

Re: Differentiating the current Moog line up (core sounds)
Hi HansHoppe, welcome to the forum!
I haven't played any one of the synths you mention (except a DFAM, but that's differnt), and I don't know which pairs better with which.
What I do know for sure though is that different Moog instruments can sound different when it comes to that "core sound".
