Why not send it in?
With this defect the synthesizer is absolutely unusable, so it has no worth for you standing around untouched.
what i've found so far it seems this is wide-spread problem.
i've it too. but it is not guaranteed the hardware replacement will bring ...

i've the same problem. i bought voyager a year ago and it comes from time to time. only solution i've found is to cycle the power... :/
