Great news - thanks! Just scrolled down and read Amos' post on the firmware updates. Can't wait for that to be released! It's amazing how versatile this thing is. My only complaint is I gotta figure out how to fit the MP on my gigging pedalboard with the moogerfoogers - but that's a good problem to ...

can the MP-201 transfer note data?

I realize this is probably a long shot, but does anyone know if the MP-201 transmits note data? Forgive me if it's in the manual. I have read it a few times and maybe I'm just not reading between the lines but it doesn't appear to.

For people with questions about the Tribute Edition: I can only say please be patient and don't worry so much! We'll take good care of you. There will be a TE update which does NOT require any hardware update and which improves the "EGR matrix" noise solution. This version will NOT have the ...

...if your going for the best quality pianos. rhodes, wurlis - the Gem Promega wins hands down. Only drawback is there are only a couple of organ sounds on it that - while decent - won't satisfy a real organ player who needs to tweak those pull bars.

I personally would rather wait a little longer and get a Moog built well & tested thoroughly than one rushed out the door to make an already delayed production date. Of course I didn't put money down on my LP yet...just on the waiting list right now.

Wow, maybe I'm not as hip as the rest of you guys but I didn't really care much for Spiralling or Frank Lucas although I can see where they are both great musicians or -ehem- synthesists ....The Spiralling was okay but nothing that made me want to listen again and again. The Frank Lucas seemed like ...

How funny - I'm in Austin too! I threw a BBQ this Saturday and nearly pulled it all off without rain(but a lot of humidity) until the sudden torrential outburst that doomed me, my brisket, and my poor pit in the middle of the yard. Let's just say the weather has been a bit trying the last several ...

...just wondering if anyone heard any updates on when the LP ships besides "Summer". Here in Texas summer started two or three months ago.

I'm would really love a LP but I need to try and get a synth within the next few weeks. Any idea when they are actually looking to distribute these new ...

Thanks for the replies folks....reading through some of the random posts on this forum, something just occured to me. I suppose it's possible to take some sort of simple polyphonic synth, control it via MIDI by the Voyager, and plug in the audio out of the poly into the Moog to get the basic poly ...

Help a newbie figure out of a monosynth is for me....

This is probably a pretty ridiculous question but I am a little unsure. In short, I am a guitar turned key player who is looking to add more synth sounds to my band's "sound". Not that I haven't been playing funky old electronic keybaords for a while, but rather I would like to augment the lo fi ...
