Why not? The market is there, and you know they'd sell!

I understand the whole concept of the 'fooger series, but a real updated modular from the master himself would be a killer.

I still don't get why Moog decided to lend their name to this product. I do own a copy, but I wouldn't exactly call it living up to the name. Good softsynth, but definintive Moog? No.

Why wouldn't it? It transmits control voltage, and moogerfoogers have CV inputs. Only thing you have to worry about is powering it with a battery or AC adaptor, and paying about 4x the price of something new!
