I understand the whole concept of the 'fooger series, but a real updated modular from the master himself would be a killer.

I still don't get why Moog decided to lend their name to this product. I do own a copy, but I wouldn't exactly call it living up to the name. Good softsynth, but definintive Moog? No.

There are plenty of other companies that fill the void of the so called "missing" Moog pedals you describe.

I have a feeling that this forum is going to get inundated with topics stemming from stuff produced by the OLD Moog music.

That's what I mean, all your going to be able to do is run it through the filter. Too bad no one makes just an envelope follower in a box.

Why wouldn't it? It transmits control voltage, and moogerfoogers have CV inputs. Only thing you have to worry about is powering it with a battery or AC adaptor, and paying about 4x the price of something new!
