Modulation amount adjust all destinations at once

A weird one, I have just had to have the LP stage II re flashed for the MIDI/USB problem and lost all my presets. I am hard a work reprogramming, but there is a problem in that when you try to set the Modulation Amount for say the Filter, it sets ALL the destinations to the same level, so you get unwanted pitch, wave & Osc2 mod at the same time, not good, anybody know how to get around this, I've tried it with the Moog LP software editor, but it still does the same thing. HELP!

The mod amount for both the 1st and 2nd destination is always the same. A scalar to mulitply the 2nd destination by would be a nice software upgrade.
