Problem with mf-103

Post by radish » Fri Jul 24, 2009 4:10 pm

Recently I have noticed a very loud audible pop when either turning on or off my mf-103. It doesn't happen every time but often enough for it to be very annoying. I have noticed that the pots are little bit dirty as well. Do you think the switch might be a little dirty as well?

Sorry I have little knowledge of electronics. Also, what would be the best thing to use to clean the pots with?

A Wife!

DeOxit is about the best thing I can buy. You can get smallish cans of it a RadioShack. It is pricey, but it works well.

I don't know; a wife sounds a little too risky to me. Girlfriends seem to work just as well. Less time and energy too.

Thanks for the advice on the DeOxit. I pick some up soon.

Anyone have any idea about the switch?
