Just received my MP-201...two questions

Hey, this thing will has some potential in my rig. Just got through with my first read of the manual (I usually read the manual once through before I even turn something on).

At any rate, two questions. First, does the MP201 ship with the new firmware update with the tap tempo problems fixed?

Second I see in the manual there the Foot Pedal can effect the OFFSET or RATE and other aspects of the various LFOs. I was surprised to see there was not a NONE option. What if, say, I want to use one channel in expression mode and another channel in LFO but when I want use the expression channel I DO NOT WANT to affect any parameter of the LFO? Can I do this by setting the HEEL and TOE value of the LFO to the same number so that essentially the LFO does not change from the initial value when I use the expression pedal?

I doubt it, but you should be able to check what firmware is on the MP-201.
