My filter bank is definitely not working...

My problem with the buttons on the filter bank is consistent to the point now where they don't work (i.e. allow switching between functions) every time i turn it on. sometimes, it will work after a short period of time, sometimes not. if any Moog tech's are on here, please help!

It's a Phatty TE and has worked great up until now, any input is appreciated. (thanks)

I'd say e-mail Amos at Mo0gMusic D0TCoM. He helped me out when my LP's buttons weren't working right. :)

there is something you could probably do, but it would require delicate dis-assembly of the Phatty which could cause more harm than good if you aren't careful. If you live in the USA I would recommend sending it to Moog where we can take care of it. If you live outside the USA then you should email me to discuss what our best options are. If you are a keyboard tech yourself, or if you know one who you would trust to do the work, then we can go into the details of what steps can be taken.
