Operating system update

Hi.
I want to update my OS in my Voyager. What software/hardware do you guys use to do this? I need software to send from my computer and also a usb/midi interface. I already have an mbox. No midi though, so I don't need an expensive interface.

I use Sysex Librarian for software and the M-Audio UNO for hardware. I have a Mac, BTW. You may want to use MIDI-Ox for Windows. I think it's called MIDI-Ox.

I have an edirol cord thats similar to the UNO. About 40 bucks or so.
