Firstly, what do the filter emphasis and contour amount knobs on the Model D translate to on the Voyager? (I've never used the original MiniMoog!)
Are there any other tips on setting the knobs on the Voyager to get it to sound similar to a Model D? I'll have to scan the patch chart up eventually if any of you want to see it.
Converting Model D patches to Voyager?

It wouldn't be a direct translation from model D patches, especially the filter.
Emulating model D oscillator waveforms isn't hard. Triangle and ramp are obvious, the combo "triangle/ramp" is "1.5" on the waveshape of the Voyager, three fixed model D pulses are 7, 9.5, 10 on the waveshape dial.
But envelope and filter translation would be a lot easier with the real model D next to you, expecially one that has been calibrated. If the filter hasn't been calibrated properly then the sound on the patchsheet will be off.

original Minimoog <-> Moog Voyager
emphasis = resonance (I really wonder why they get rid of the "emphasis")
contour amount = amount to filter (rem: on the original Minimoog not bipolar)
You should try the original Minimoog if you get the chance !!!

keep on turning these Moog knobs

I do really want to try it, and I'll probably end up buying one!
I downloaded the Arturia Minimoog demo today, to try it out, I tried copying some of the patches, with my Voyager next to me. Didn't quite work, but now I know that the emphasis knob is for the resonance! I guess that I wont be able to get my Voyager to sound like the Model D, but how close can I get to it?
