Tribute Trouble with upgrade

I tried to update my Tribute and I accidently sent the wrong file to the Tribute. I sent the LP file by mistake. This gave me a blank screen. I contacted Amos and he sent me a Tribute fix file. I ran the fix file and then the update info and still nothing. I am an idiot when it comes to midi. Can anyone seem to think what I am doing wrong?
