Bass Murf Slider Settings

Hey, has anyone been able to re-create the sounds that Moog has on the page for the MF-105B Bass Murf? Specifically, I am trying to match the sound examples listed as "Pattern 4" and "Pattern 18". What are the positions for the filter sliders? Envelope setting?
