I love the Bank C presets but...

Post by Wobble » Thu Aug 23, 2007 9:52 am

Hi Guys, sorry to ask but I have trawled the forum and can't find a post specific to my problem:

I recently bought a 2nd hand Voyager (upgraded to V3.3) on the strength of hearing the presets I heard on my friend's one (V2x), who has the original 128 presets. I believe on V3 this is Bank C/3.

However on my voyager bank C is a duplicate of bank D (preset one being 'Im Ba-aack!!') and I would really like to get this bank. I have tried a Factory reset, and upgrading the OS from V3.1 to 3.3 and still the I have this bank double-up. Is there anything else I can try? If not is there anywhere I can download Bank C and replace the existing one?

Apologies if I have missed a post on this.

On the Moog website you can find the different banks for each edition. Go to the Voyager pull down menu, select the different model and click on software. There you should see a bank of presets for that Voyager edition.

Thanks for the response Mark. I have checked the downloads section however they don't have the bank I'm looking for. My friend's model was the electric blue and contained the bank starting with 001 'Running Bass'

Also just to point out I realise I could rectify this by:

*Using the Editor Software - However I would rather not fork out just to solve this problem

*Get the sysex file from my friend - But I would rather not bother him if I don't have to

The bank you're looking for is the Anniversary Edition bank (Preset 001 is Running Bass). You can get it here:
