hello, i noticed that there is a ext. audio in on the lp, could i run a guitar though it and use its effects? if so how could i do it using my amplifier? thank you, jude

There's an article here at Moogspace. There are a few threads too - for instance, here. You could probably search for "audio in" or "external audio" and some more might come up...
