Good morning,
My name is Pasquale and I am writing from Italy. I recently purchased a Moog Sub 37 synthesizer and I am trying to register the product on website.
I am experiencing an issue with the registration process. The serial number on the back of my instrument consists of only 4 digits, but in website registration form appears to require a longer code with more numbers.
Could you please assist me with the correct procedure for registering my Moog Sub 37?
Best regards, Pasquale

Re: Registration new product
Moog doesn't seem to monitor these forums.
Your best bet is to open a ticket with them

Re: Registration new product
Hi, Pasquale,
You may have learned this by now, but the Subsequent 37 seems to be considered a legacy product by inMusic. It has to be manually registered by the support team, and you don't get the software downloads they talk about in the included literature. Fortunately, you can still download the Subsequent 37 Editor, which I find enormously useful, and lots of presets are available online.
I went through the same process (support ticket, etc.) back in May 2025 when I purchased my Sub37. It was a disappointing way to be introduced to my first "legit" Moog synth...."You just bought a brand new obsolete product, sorry for the inconvenience." No regrets, I love playing it, but I guess I needed a bit more research before purchasing it.
