Need Help To Install New Patch Banks

I have successfully updated my firmware to 1.4 on my muse thanks to the video Moog have posted.
I would like to try out the new Patch banks that are included, however I have no idea on the process to get them in to my Muse.
I would be grateful if someone would post how to do this step by step or in a video ( can't find anything. on Youtube).

Me Too! The download instructions leave a lot to be desired, especially as I'm an old school player and not a computer geek. Let's here it, we need more and better instructions.
