"Service Parts" at Moog Music dot com

I found this email address for service parts associated with Moog and it asks you your name, address, product & part request.

Problem is I filled it out and never received a reply. Not even "We Received Your Request" so I have no idea whether they will or won't send the part.

What's the deal with Moog are they that poorly staffed they can't even answer their own system emails?

The instructions said that each week they ship out the parts so I guess it's possible they might do it just that I have no idea if they are working on it or never received my request, or won't do it or can't etc. I keep refreshing my email to ask for an update.

What if they don't even have that part and it takes a month to get it?

I'll keep you posted in case others also need parts by chance or have had luck getting them please let us know.

I'm convinced they only have 2 people doing support because the service level is that bad
