MOTHER 32 - clock division not working using external MIDI

Hi there,
I recently updated the firmware for MOTHER 32.
Mother Is connected to DFAM via the assignable output. Clock is being received through MIDI on the Mother.
Start, stop, and default clock/tempo work as expected.
But clock division does not get transmitted anymore to the DFAM.
As soon as I unplug the MIDI cable, however, clock division works just fine.

What am I missing???
