Matriarch MIDI Echo setting

Hi all,

Quick silly question: is the Matriarch MIDI Echo global setting doing a MIDI merge of Out and Thru (sending to MIDI Out)? That’s what I’d expect, just making sure I understand it correctly... thx in advance!
