Bought mine in 2020, and yes, it needed to be cleaned before first use. Which was unfortunately not the first use in my case, so one of the first things I had to do is clean the ONE. Bad thing.
Other than this, the covers is too small. Even with maximum force and extremely tightness it cannot cover all the synth down to the desktop surface.
Given the price, this is nothing I would recommend. Like my best friends wife: Looks great, was expensive, but isn't very useful.

Yes, it is a tight fit but I like it that way! This cover looks awesome on my 16 voice. The tightness gives it a VERY pleasing appearance. I have other keyboard covers that don't fit fit their instruments as tight and they don't look as cool. I didn't notice any issues with the inside lining coming off as some other users have said. I waited a more than a month for this cover but it was well worth it!

It was so tight that a. It took a while to get it over it and b. I was afraid i’ would damage the wood of the moog one while doing so .
Besides that it looked shiny and cheap while the voyager and t3 ones looked “ reliable” , thick, soft ,neutral and expensive ,with a beautiful( instrument specific ) logo printed on it .
Probably a “question of taste “?

I got the one from
https://bestampcovers.com and very happy with it. well made and well priced. I just wish they had other colours as the black is a bit boring.
