For some reason, my MF-103 seems to amplify 60 cycle hum. If the power at whatever place I'm playing at is dirty (and that's usually the case), as soon as I kick in the phaser, even on its own, the hum is *way* louder than when any other pedal is (individually) on. It was so bad at a show the other day that I couldn't use it for the whole gig...
I have it plugged into a Voodoo Labs PP2 using a center positive cable, and tried the original power supply, but it made no difference. I've also tried different patch cables (George L's) as well, but no change there, either. It doesn't seem to matter where in the chain the phaser is located (I don't think that that should make a difference, but for the record, I'm going fuzz->phaser->ODs->etc.).
Any suggestions or similar experiences?
