help my rogue's flipping out!

Post by bangclash » Wed Jul 12, 2006 6:45 pm

hi!

dunno if anyone can help, my rogue starts sounding like it's about to die after about a minute of me playing it, it kinda works again after i smack it or shake the power lead. obviously i don't want to keep doing this cause it's my baby! i've got a gig on the 22nd and want to try and sought this asap, could it be a dodgy power supply? and if so does anyone know where i can get a new one in the u.k. sharpish!
cool cheers nick

If tapping it fixes it, it sounds like a physical problem, like a bad connection. On the other hand, if it gets better after warming up, it's probably an electrical problem. I'm interested in buying broken analog synths if you guys ever give up on yours.
WANTED TO BUY:
Old Synthesizers, Effects, Drum Machines, Sequencers, Modules & Studio Gear, *BROKEN OK*. I'm especially interested in older analog / modular synths (Moog, ARP, Buchla, Serge, EMS, EML, Emu, Polyfusion, etc). EMAIL: oldsynthguy@aol.com
