how to assign clock output
Hello I just got a sequencer for my Subphatty which I would like to sync with my mother 32. However the sequencer I have requires a 5 volt pulse. It looks like the mother 32 can do this by assigning the asign output. But when I follow the steps int he manuel it does not seem to be working. Especially as the manuel does not seem to have ending instructions. Does anyone have experience with this or tips? Thanks.

If by ending instructions you mean how to exit setup mode on the Mother 32, you enter the same sequence of buttons that you use to get into setup mode. That is...hang on I have to look it up in the manual...shift + Reset/accent + set end + 8. you have to be careful, because when I push off for the buttons at once the mother 32 responds to the pressing of the 8 which then resets the assignable output to sequencer step random. So I employ a method of pressing and holding each of the buttons in the above order.
