Hi! I also bought my first moog and i loove it. I have to say : much respect for the sound and build-quality also for the customer support whol helped me setting up this beauty.
EDIT: just tried troubleshooting for syncing presets between SS37CV and the editor. Deleted prefs, switchted usb port, restored editor to factory defaults.
INIT PRESET button works when i push it on the Editor but the editor still shows the wrong presets when switching them on the moog (and vice versa).
It would be great if this issue can be fixed without pushing Capture Hardware everytime on the editor to sync them.
The only preset which is synced correctly is "Kick Bass" in the percussion-bank but maybe thats because i think i created this / not a factory preset.
