voyager issue or user problem?

Post by peak » Mon May 29, 2006 5:10 pm

I just received my voyager back from moog a couple of weeks ago. I had an osc issue that was getting fixed. they ended up replacing the analog board.

Now I am having trouble switching banks and I am not sure what I am doing wrong. maybe something has changed in 3.2?

It came back from the shop with my presets on bank A, which they used to be on bank G/7. I also can not change banks pressing the cursor w/+/-. It just stays on bank A.

did my board get swapped out with an older pre 3.0 board or is there some option I need to change in the OS? Do I need to format or something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am going to contact Amos tomorrow unless someone might possibly have an idea.

It sounds like this new upgraded board doesn't include the additional banks because nothing has changed in v3.2 as far as selecting banks. Contact Moog ASAP.
