Sub37 panel buttons lock up and do nothing
This has happened to me several times while I have owned this fine synth. Rebooting the synth does not solve the problem. Disconnecting USB or MIDI cables does not solve it. If I reload the firmware, it seems to fix it for a bit, then the problem returns. I can select a preset, any preset, and none of the panel buttons I press do anything. None of them activate or deactivate anything. No lights change on the panel. I am on the latest firmware 1.2. I also use the latest editor version occasionally. Anyone else have this issue? What can resolve it?

A Ha! Adam at tech support sorted me out in 2 minutes. For anyone that needs to know, sometimes using the synth with MIDI communication may create some sort of data corruption or feedback loop of info and freeze the panel. Performing an Init Settings command under Global Settings sorted me out and I didn't lose my patches. Hooray humanity!
