two questions: gate out / EG attack time

I have three M32s set up, with MIDI keyboard going into the first and gate output going from the first to gate input on the other two, via a multiple. The simultaneous triggering of the three works fine as long as I do not hold down a key while playing the next. If I continue to sustain a key while playing another, the first of the M32s responds with a new note but a trigger is not sent to the other two. Is there a setting I'm missing perhaps?

And the other question I have is whether it's possible to mod the attack and decay times of the EG. I think they are very short and I'd like to extend their duration so they might last as long as 30 seconds.

Well, it's eurorack. You can get your Moms an external VCA (like Mutable Veils) and then you can combine it with an external resettable LFO (like Batumi) to get the effect you want.
