Lost several presets on each bank

I have owned an EB Voyager for 5 yrs without any problems at all. All of a sudden, I've noticed that 15 to 20 presets on each bank have no sound at all, or have extremely low volume mixed with distortion. The unaffected presets sound just fine. Anybody ever experience anything like this? Any advise would surely be appreciated.....
