Minitaur: Delayed sound

Since yestersay I have a strange behaviour on my Minitaur (V 2.11): Running under Cubase 8 (since a few weeks) the sound comes delayed, MIDI light flashes in time, requested by note on/off. I tried USB and MIDI cable connection in- and outside from Cubase, the strange behaviour stays. I also re-installed the OS, made all default settings, but nothing leads to the success I hoped for. Now my face is a whole sign of question.
Maybe someone of you can solve the problem!?

I would try the simplest configuration first: a MIDI keyboard controlling the Minitaur and a headphone or output into a mixer.
My guess is a DAW/audio interface configuration problem.
