Sub37 only triggering every 4th note

Hey guys,

I just joined the forum but I've owned my Sub37 since February. Today something strange started occurring with my Sub37. I noticed it after I installed some effects processors in the audio chain, but I don't believe it is related because I get the same problem out of the main output, and the dry headphone output.

At first it just seemed like certain keys weren't triggering sound, but after playing with it for a while, It seems that only every fourth key press will trigger a sound, regardless of which key you press. It doesn't seem to matter which patch I use, this happens every time. It doesn't seem to occur when the arpeggiator is latched.

My first thought was to try and reinstall the firmware, so I reinstalled 1.1, but the problem still occurs. I've unplugged everything from the synth except the power cable and audio output, and it still occurs.

Any suggestions you may have would be appreciated. I'm at a loss.

Ben, did you change any of the 'poly chaining' options? That's one way to get the effect you're describing.

It sounds like it got tricked into polymode.

Go to the global menu and "itialize the global parameters".
