[Sub37] pitch wheel doesnt work most of the time

Like the title says, the pitch wheel has recently become completely unresponsive most of the time. sometimes it works and its not at all clear why, and eventually it stops working again. the fine tune knob works fine, but its hardly a substitute for a pitch wheel. has anyone else had this problem?

to clarify: I have also tried switching my sub37 to initial settings, as well as cycling the 'wheels' boolean in local control. neither of these methods solve the problem. the mod wheel also functions correctly, the problem is limited to the pitch wheel.

Does the problem come and go depending on the patch you choose or for a fixed patch?
