New Little Phatty with LPUSB Invalid Error Message

Hi All,
My name is Lowboy and I am new to the forum. I look forward to participating. I own a Voyager Anniversary Edition, bought and sold a Slim Phatty, and just purchased a Little Phatty Stage 2 about 2 weeks ago. The Little Phatty is simply awesome. I was hoping my first post was going to be in praise of Moog's well written user guides. (I am a technical writer by day.) However, I turned on my Little Phatty Stage 2 tonight and immediately after the boot screens I got the following error message: "LPUSB Invalid. Send LPUSB Sysx." I have yet to even connect a midi or USB cable to the keyboard. I completed a "master reboot." I completed a "factory restore." I rebooted the keyboard by shutting it off and turning it on about a dozen times. Each time I still get the error message. As soon as I touch the Cursor or Enter or Preset buttons, the error message goes away. Otherwise the keyboard seem to work and sound fine. I am hoping this is not a big issue. Does anyone have any advice on this issue? Hopefully my second posting will be about how great Moog products are.
Regards,
Lowboy
