Hello All!
Anyone tried the Akai Max49 sequencer to drive a little phatty via CV / Gate?
Planning to buy one and was wondering about voltage compatibility.
Thanks!
Aspi.

Like the one shown here ?
I would say yes
Actually, the Max shown in this picture is playing the Little Phatty, a Prodigy and a Minitaur all at once with cv/s, while the midi part of the Max (pads, buttons and sliders) are playing a midified vintage Linndrum (underneath the model D).
A fun set-up

Re: Akai Max49 and Little Phatty
Well I have successfully managed to drive the Little Phatty via CV from the MAX49 sequencer. Also tried it with the Taurus 3.
Only hiccup is a stuck note when I stop the sequencer. Seems like a hanging note. I've tried everything, but still the note hangs there.
I am connectingthe Max's CV out to LP pitch, and Gate out to KB gate.
Anyone encountered this before?
Thanks!

Solved!
The glitch was from the sequencer!
