Moog Rogue problem

i am new to moogs and just got a rogue. when i turn it on there is just starts making this certain sound. someone suggested it might be the power supply. anyone have any clues to what my problem could be? thanks

Please describe this "sound." I've been thinking of purchasing a Rogue and thought this might be a reoccurring problem(that I wish to avoid).
Look up Terry Furber from Orbital Decay, he could diagnose it over the phone without a doubt.

it just has a response that sounds like AM radio, but no station. the keys get a respnse but its very airy and soft compared to the buzz. It doesnt seem the sliders and such make much difference. if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated. thanks
