Animoog 4 track projects corrupt

Am having problems with some 4-track projects. When I try to load some of my previously saved projects, Animoog crashes. This has now happened on two of the five 4-track projects I have created and I can't see any reason why those ones are crashing Animoog and the others aren't.

I'm really loving the 4-track but this is crazy if I have no confidence that I will be able to reopen an earlier project. Any suggestions appreciated.

This could be a memory issue. Try (1) closing all other apps in the app tray and (2) if that doesn't help rebooting your iPad. I don't promise these will fix it, but they are the first things to try when a large or complex project crashes an app. (I've seen the same thing with Loopy on my oldest iOS device. There it also helps to unload the current session if it has a full 9 or 12 tracks and start with a new, blank session.)

I will try that, but I can't see why it's happening on some projects but not others. All of my projects are only 4 bars long — just trying to capture a quick idea. Can't imagine that the memory requirements are that much different.

OK, just tried rebooting and I still get the same thing. The are two projects (and they were most likely were created with other apps running in the background - drums are from DM1) that, with nothing else running after a fresh reboot, crash Animoog immediately when trying to load.

Very frustrating.

... one more thing to add,

one of the session that crashes Animoog is actually a copy of another session which doesn't crash. The only difference is that I re-saved it so that I could add the bpm to the name ... so I have two identical sessions, one that crashes on loading, one that does not, the only difference being the name.

Anyone ... ?

Same here, unable to open certain projects without crashing.
I even have two projects with the exact same name which should not be possible technically (i'd expect an overwrite).
One of these loads fine, the other crashes every time.

Therefore i've requested easy access to project files for within the app.

I have the same problems on my ipad 2...alwasy the same projects...
and... distortion over the sounds when i use animoog after garageband or amplitube
restart the ipad helps... closing apps too...
I get easy access to the files over ifunbox.... dont know how to delete a project inside animoog
....would be great if there gets something fixed in version 2.0.1 or whatever

at least.. i love animoog
its worth the whole ipad
