Ok, so I picked up my Voyager used on ebay, and have been using it with no problems, except for now, after trying to update. When I bought the Voyager, it already had the 3.X field upgrade done to it, and I had 7 banks of different presets. Now, After updating to 3.5, I have duplicate banks of presets. Banks A,B, and C, are the same as D,E,and G. I believe it might have something to do with the way I updated. I followed the instructions on the 3.5 update, but the Voyager is not asking for the specific banks that I'm supposed to load. All goes well at first, I start with sending bank "B", and it prompts for Bank "D" after it's complete, so I load that. Now, the instructions say to receive Bank "A", and then it will prompt me for bank "C". Well, it doesn't prompt me for "C" after I send "A", but instead it asks me for "D" again. No matter which bank I send, it always prompts for "D" afterwards. I tried doing a factory reset, as well as resetting all presets, but absolutely nothing changes when I do so. I still have the duplicate banks.
Any idea what is going on here and why I'm running into all this trouble? I'm starting to get very frustrated, and I don't want to have to send this to Moog if I don't have to. What are my options here?

Please check this topic and the answer from Rudi (RL), he is the person who wrote the firmware for the Voyager.
